Pesterchum Not Opening: Debug Included!

HELLO!

I just downloaded Pesterchum and it was working for like one session and then my Wi-Fi stopped and some error popped up and everything closed. I then clicked Pesterchum and it wouldn't open no matter how many times I've tried. I restarted my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Pesterchum many times but it doesn't work. I have also tried using the zip file but that does not work either. I have looked all over the Internet but I am technology challenged and I did not understand any of the solutions! I would greatly appreciate help please. I really want to use this program!

Try the following:

Close pesterchum if it's not already closed. (CLIENT => EXIT) Go to this folder: C:\Users{user name}\AppData\Local\pesterchum find the file named pesterchum.js (BACK IT UP FIRST) and delete it. (This deletes your settings but keeps your saved profiles and chumroll intact) (Odds are this is what's corrupted however, your default profile might be as well.) Restart pesterchum. (Close the program correctly (via CLIENT => EXIT) so this doesn't happen in the future)

I couldn't find pesterchum on that path, but I found a pesterchum folder directly from the C Drive? Would that be the same? But the "pesterchum.js" file wasn't there. I tried looking elsewhere on my computer but no luck.

Please open the file C:\Users\sschatz\AppData\Local\pesterchum/profiles/ironicApothecary.js in notepad, then replace it with the following text:

Excuse me, I realize this is late but I do want to mention that I don't know how to do a debug and I have tried just about everything but this still isn't working for me. I have encountered the same issue as the person who started this.

If someone would please explain to me how to do a debug on a Windows XP dell laptop, or if someone would help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
