Pesterchum wont let me log on: Errno 10060 #124

So whenever I try to log into my pesterchum it gives me a message that says it failed: errno 10060 and that it apparently couldnt connect to my internet. Now I have moved into my school dorm and tried to see if that was the problem, but everything else works that involves internet access. I ran a debug and this is what I got.

Please what can I do about this?

They may be specifically blocking the IRC port (6667). Check out the FA% http://www.mspaforums.com/showthread.php?58047-PESTERCHUM-3-41-Meet-the-new-thread-same-as-the-old-thread%21 and do the port 1413 trick.
