Pesterchum won't open/appdata folder doesn't exist #253

I've installed Pesterchum, and it isn't opening at all. I've looked through some threads on that problem, but I couldn't try these solutions out as I was unable to find the C:\Users\\AppData\Local\pesterchum folder. It just wasn't there even after reinstalling a few times.

I'm also having minor trouble finding your debug version, may I have some directions?
