PesterChum ISSUES #52

I've downloaded Pesterchum, opened it, and tried to connect with my friends (who've already been able to pester each other). It never shows them as online, and won't allow me to connect with a random stranger. I made sure all my anti-virus ware allows it and deleted the extra crap that didn't, and have no idea what to do next. Help?

Did you check to see if your firewall might be blocking it?
