Pesterchum Error #98

Every time I attempt to open Pesterchum, it says that there was an error and asks me to open the console or teminate the session. i have tried re-installing it as well as deleting all traces of it on my computer, to no avail. Help?

Are you still having trouble? Can you run the debug version at http://mspaforums.com/showthread.php?43922-PESTERCHUM-3-41-Updated-Pesterchum%21-New-Thread%21 and send me a pastebin link to the resulting debug.log file?
