Update theme to version 7.3.2 #64

This updates the theme to 7.3.2 (from 2.9.0).

Instead of bundling everything under material-illumos the base mkdocs-material theme needs to be installed (e.g. via pip install -r requrements.txt). The custom parts are overwritten via CSS and overrides/partials/ templates. No changes to the JS this time. Hopefully this will make future updates easier.

This also unbreaks the search.

I've tested this with:

Chrome 94.0.4606.71
Safari 14.1.2 (multiple resolutions, large and small navigation menu)
Safari on iOS 15

I've adjusted the internal infrastructure to deploy mkdocs-material==7.3.2 and recreated the venv we use to build the site. It's now deployed, and indeed search is working! I've put this back as 248f7f13134d407e802f5723a5318e054c11539d.
