More or less what it says on the tin.

In addition to the build documentation, we should adjust the Contribution guide which is the most concrete statement of policy we have: https://illumos.org/docs/contributing/#submitting-a-patch

You should have a full clean build of the gate with your changes applied. This currently means a successful build with GCC7 as the primary compiler, and GCC4 and smatch as shadow compilers

Should probably just drop the line about:

A clean SPARC build is optional, and only requires GCC4 if you do happen to do one.
