Missing jailer-console man page #11

Hi, I noticed that all man pages refer jailer-console(8) in the section called "SEE ALSO" but this one isn't there. I don't know if it's for a future feature or not so I just wanted you to know.

Greetings @okalm ! yes, this is a "bug". there are many manual pages that are missing. Some of the ones that we have also require updating. If you have time to help us out, we'd love your contribution to our docs!
