New Affix Groups or synonyms ? #14

Following are new affix groups in feywild.

Power of the Silver Flame added to build affix table PR #82

Lifeblood of the Undead Prince effect is a little different, it is not a string that includes a variable that represents the bonus, but the name itself represents static bonuses to multiple effects (and different bonus types at that).

It will take maybe some rework of the group processing code to resolve that one.
