Affixes that are combinations of multiple effects are not getting detected properly.

Current behaviour : Items such as Staff of Irian do not show properly as a combustion (nor radiance bonus)

Desired behaviour : Items with affixes that are combinations of multiple effects should be treated as having properties of all unique effects

PR #73 written to resolve this issue

I didnt realize until just now, this issue absorbs #14 (New Affix Groups or synonyms ?)
