[Feature]: Config Option to Change Y offset of the Charm #17

What is the new feature or improvement?

I notice in newer versions of the mod, the Charm is now more down towards the middle of the body instead of on top around the neck. Would be nice to have this as a config-able option to change where it renders on the body.
