Making fire arrows by placing arrows on a campfire? #52

Please describe the new feature or change. Make it so you can craft fire arrows by right clicking/placing them on a campfire.

Please describe why you want this feature. Makes for a more immersive means of crafting fire arrows, and could probably synergize well with any mods that overhaul campfires.
