Armor Station/Forge doesn't support capes #202

Versions (Be specific, do not write "latest"):

Construct's Armory: 1.2.5.3
Tinkers' Construct: 2.13.0.171
Mantle: 1.3.3.55
Forge: 14.23.5.2847
Observed Behavior: Doesn't visually support capes in GUI

Expected Behavior: Would support it?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a cape (Optifine, Minecon, any)
2. Open Armor Station/Forge GUI
3. Move cursor
