[Suggestion] Step assist modifier

There isn't a lot of ways to get step assist, and it would be really nice if it can be a modifier.

Features:

• Applied only to boots
• One use only
• A unique item of some sort it used to apply it (maybe something that requires pistons, maybe a rabbits leg, whatever you choose)

Why I would want this:

Many modpacks (including mine in development) really has an emphasis on exploration, but doesn't have botania, and having step assist is a much needed thing that I would like to gate and preferably be able to apply to TiC armor.
