Armor textures do not reload

Versions:

• Construct's Armory: conarm-1.12.2-1.2.5.4
• Tinkers' Construct: TConstruct-1.12.2-2.13.0.183
• Mantle: Mantle-1.12-1.3.3.55
• Forge: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2847

  Observed Behavior:

  When resources are reloaded with F3+T, armor model textures are not reloaded (armor item textures are reloaded just fine).

  Expected Behavior:

  When resources are reloaded with F3+T, armor model textures are reloaded.

  Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Modify an armor texture or material json
  2. Press F3+T
  3. Look at something you've modified

This is kind of annoying when making a resourcepack.
