Update to 1.19.3 #64

The only technical change was renaming the registry class references on the Fabric side.

Also, I moved MinecraftCapes' Curseforge file ID from forge/build.gradle to gradle.properties to make it more intuitive to update in the future, if need be.

(and I assume the // in gradle.properties was meant to be a #?)

Thanks! I needed to make a few changes and additions so it ended up being easier just to make these changes manually on my end instead of through this PR. Due to that, this won't be formally merged, but your work was helpful in expediting the work needed to port this to 1.19.3 which is out as of now.

All I really did was run migrateMappings and change some numbers, but I'm glad I could help XP
