How did You implemented i18n #16

Hi illuzor,

I checked your code. got so many ideas about chrome extension. Here i am bit confused that, how you have implemented i18n. where is the code for loading translation files from locale and how you are loading?

I did something wrong? Or you don`t understand how i18n works?
