failed to compile in VS2015 #19

When I open solution in VS, first I get all references loaded with an exclamation mark, then I deleted and re-imported but still I couldn't load it.

I'm getting the error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=5.2.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies

Any help please?
