A few small improvements

What's New?

Corrected some spelling
The EAN128Code can be set to null
Prevented possible index out of range exceptions
Doesn't include a separator character in the outputted values of variable length fields

Thanks for this PR @oscarhirst. Question to @ilopez: Why does the separator character get included in the outputted values? Is that by design (e.g. per GS1 spec)?
