error converting the Netherlands OVapi GTFS file to a kml file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just executed 
C:\Users\steiner.daniel\Documents\transitfeed-windows-binary-1.2.12\transitfeed-
windows-binary-1.2.12>kmlwriter -t "C:\Users\steiner.daniel\Documents\shp 
ovapi\test\ovapi2003.zip" "C:\Users\steiner.daniel\Documents\shp 
ovapi\test\netherlands.kml"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
kmlwriter 1.2.12
Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64, 16GB RAM
