docs(#16): Multiple pointmass3d engines #134

Update docs to make it clear that multiple pointmass3d engines can be used. Also add the gravity attribute, which was previously not documented.

Did not change the engine status from "Under development" to "Usable", though maybe that should be changed as well?

Thank you! I marked it as "under development" because there are many features I'd like to add. But it's definitely usable. It can be changed to that.
