For each type of failure, a unique exception string is now emitted, along with the exception, for help in diagnosing why an entity transfer between physics engines has occurred.

@ilpincy since you are very busy, perhaps we can organise a system of reviewing code? E.g., I could review @jharwell's code and they could also review some of my code?
