Confirm Google Analytics IDs For Communities #142

We need to make sure to port all the Google Analytics IDs from each community in our DSpace 4 XMLUI. The DSpace 5 themes aren't ready, so this is just a reminder and to help me organize.

I've followed up with Bioversity, CCAFS, CIAT, CTA, and WLE to see which codes we should be using.

It looks like UA-17242976-1 is indeed CCAFS' ID, and the others just inherited it when we copied the themes as a base. For now we should revert Bioversity, CIAT, CTA, and WLE to use ILRI's ID: UA-10691096-8

Add new ID for CIAT, which is actually an older one and is in use on the CIP theme. Now I need to ask CIP what we should be using for theirs.

Minimal themes for communities that need custom tracking IDs was added in 5_x-dev branch with c3fe6d46ab116c2dfbdf0baa762277846a8e82e2.

I decided for now to not create separate themes for each of the communities that are sharing the CGIAR/ILRI tracking ID, as the point of these separate themes right now is solely about the tracking ID, and each new theme adds two minutes to the build time!
