Mobile Platforms and Search by HashTag #19

  1. Added iOS and Android platforms.
  2. Settings Page: Fixed list display issues on the settings page for mobile. Relates to #18
  3. Settings Page: Re-implemented dblclick event as click on a button for the edit hash tag to work on all platforms. Closes #17
  4. Settings & Home Page: Re-implemented keyup events as keypress to work on all platforms. Relates to #17
  5. Settings Page: Changed all hashtags to lower cases.
  6. Home Page: Added search by hashtags. Closes #16
