Better mobile layouts, mentions, doi and dateIssued fields #27

Added some fixes for mobile layouts. Added @mentions to top level communities, including filtering using mentions. Closes #26 Added dateIssued field to items to replace lastModified date on list. Closes #25 Added doi field to able to identify items with doi entries, can also filter items with doi only. Closes #23 Listing layout has been changed to look better on smaller screens. Closes #18
