VersionResource should include global svn revision #4

At the moment the VersionResource only includes the caboto version
specified in the maven pom.xml. It would also be nice to include the global
revision number of the repository as well.

This might be tricky since there is no svn keyword that we can include in
the version.properties file - it will need outside processing to run the
svnversion command :-(
