This also includes couple restructuring to make maintenance easier:

Move argument parsing into JS code
Consolidate docker build scripts
Remove 'sudo' call and keep this action run under user-mode

I don't like to create the args in the javascript part, that should only orchestrate the parameter extraction and script execution.

I'm closing this right now. Please, if you want, keep the logic similar to what we did for multi tag support. Otherwise, feel free to open a feature issue request
