Information missing from Info tab for course member #2

Describe the bug When a course member access the info tab, a lot of information is missing from the tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://ilias-next.unibe.ch/goto_ilias3_unibe_xpdl_2577287.html as a course member (test student 2)
  2. Click on Info
  3. Notice missing information

Expected behavior There is a link to this page. (might be outdated info) There is a creation date and time. The owner of the object is listed.

The Information is now there and the link can be found in the footer under "Permanent Link"
