Item missing from the breadcrumbs navigation #35

See the image. At least the root item is missing from the breadcrumbs navigation at the top. The same issue concerns probably all the patterns.

Acceptance criteria

Breadcrumbs shows the full path

After updating to Vuepress 2, the breadcrumbs contains the home link, but is missing the patterns in between. I.e. the full breadcrumbs path should be something like "Java Design Patterns" - "Patterns" - "API Gateway"
