Why not Graphviz?

I just played a bit with aisee and I really love it.

PROs

it is interactive - it allows to build really interactive graphs
it allows to change layouts interactively - using graphviz you need to rerun a tool
it shows graphs for URA, NAN and supercompilation very well, because originally aisee was design to display graphs produced by program analysis.

Anyway, export to graphviz is also an option.
