Thank you for the work!

We've also noticed a similar bug and it's going to be fixed in #326, with a different way to get the config. Closing this PR as superseded

My bad, it indeed doesn't fix Rails 6.1

6.1 is reaching EOL in a month so we probably won't be needing the fix

If there's a huge demand for Rails 6.1, please comment
