Geo binding #8

It's obvious that as in big ad networks we will need geographical information in order to pick banners. In this task we need add geoinfo in banners, click statistics, and event statistics. Format of geo tags now is meter of dicusion.

particular field location looks like 'EN' 'FR'

And what if a user need regional binding, or some fancy one? E.g. west coast, east coast. If it is user responsibility to track geographical binding than we can introduce user set tags for geoinformation. In the case when geotracking will be our burden, than it is reasonable to set country based system in first approximation.
