Ocaml syntax support #51

Here's syntax support of Ocaml compiler.
The error output message format is quite different from other compilers. We're 
using a "sed" script right know for Haxe so no problem.

We won't add more syntaxes, unless it makes sense for a lot of users - you can 
just drop this file in the /Languages folder to activate ocaml support.

Note : it is necessary to put the files in 
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\FlashDevelop\Settings\Languages
