Haxe: libs/class sequence in autocomplete call #65

For haxe is important the sequence of the options -lib (using library) and -cp 
(add classpath): next files override prevision. So, when call haxe to get the 
autocomplete list is more corrent to specify "-lib" options before the "-cp" 
options (classpath files often more specific, library files is more common).

Fixed in SVN - is that ok in Haxe 2 too?
