Makes it much easier to get a functional system after a kernel update.

Not sure why the original author deleted their GitHub repo and the PR as I was using this fork, but for anyone else, the diff file is available as https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/im-0/hpsahba/pull/25.diff or https://gist.github.com/Yardanico/1ecb5bcf55443c17efdf6ab4ef480d2d in case the original diff goes down.

Also looks like https://github.com/99dimitris/hpsahba/commits/master has the changes from this PR integrated.
