1. When trying to perform a secret key operation (sign, decrypt) on an ECC key
that does not have a passphrase this message appears and no result is produced.
Problem ocured on fedora 32 bit and on winxp (compiled with mingw)
2. The file for 32bit binaries is broken and doesn't contain a gpg binary
