Add simple Interface #14

And may be you deal a standart circle on interface like a prontoface aka repetier host for moving cnc. and options for moving cnc via keypad.

i'll see what i can do about that. right now i'm using pronterface instead, because the logic of moving the machin is too complicated. I agree that a simple moving commands could be really what is missing.

I agree also but i have a time problem ... when i need it i will for sure add it!

I've created a pull request to add this functionality as it bothered me for quite some time now. cncgcode_simplecontrols
