Bugfix Rumba/Marlin 1.0.0 connection #4

My board resets when serial communication is initiated. Commands send after initializing communication are ignored without my patch. At the moment my boards works only if i replug usb cable after start of application. I must see wat device scan does. But this is better as a completely non working deivce.
