IMHO, these mixins are too specific to be included in the library itself.

Yeah the first one probably ;-)

But the transition one (the last file) definitely should as it is just like border-radius or box-shadow. Something to provide cross browser support. You don't think so?

Oh yes the second one definitely fits, but I am not the developer so my opinion is just an opinion ;)
