add .pdf of PVT1 schematic #12

The latest release was missing a .pdf version of the schematic. It's easier to view the .pdf when I don't have KiCad installed (especially on mobile).

Thanks for this! I think the schematic got lost during the Great Branch Unification. It, along with a lot of other documentation, is still in the pvt branch: https://github.com/im-tomu/fomu-hardware/tree/pvt/reference
