allow automatic installation of Bioconductor dependencies #35

Adding this line to DESCRIPTION prompts devtools::install_github to install Bioconductor dependencies as needed instead of failing to find them

Hi @im3sanger, if you're able to approve this pull request, it would be appreciated because I'm working on packages that depend on dNdScv, and I would like them as well as dNdScv to be able to have one-line installation! Currently, dNdScv can only be installed once all the Bioconductor dependencies have been installed.
