qglobal_cv of the top genes were zero. #77

Hi. After running dndscv, the qglobal_cv of the top genes were presented as 0.000000e+00. I'm wondering how I can get the exact q values rather than zero. Lin.

A q-value of zero might means that the q-value is zero, or the value is too small that the machine rounds it to zero.
