This is one of many bugs/broken features in this plugin. However, I would like to state that your framework is great and I really love the path you are headed on with it.
The bug specifically is that all players, regardless of permissions, are able to use the Double Jump, even when the Item Settings are enabled, regardless of whether or not they are using the item. In face, even if they don't have the item they can double jump. When they are holding the item, and they initiate a Double Jump, the item is removed from them when they land, even though this feature is turned off.
How do you trigger it?
This just seems to be a default setting. I have toggled the setting to use items, yet the plugin doesn't care if they have the item or not
