add missing dependecies to arch-linux #13

I use arch and had the problem stated in issue #8 Install python-protobuf solved it, so i added it to the README.

Thanks for heads up. Could you also put in the equivalent package for Ubuntu?

@imLinguin i am not using ubuntu righr now so i don't know which equivalent could be ,sorry for the late response
