reuse pandas method used for degiro remind to install pandas dependencies

For the moment, the orphan rows will be dropped as it contains no relevant information associated with tax computation

It's needed to merge orphan rows (at least merge the id_order). Otherwise, the sum of transaction costs will not be performed correctly
