Describe the bug The mammo continued experience report (/ar/cexp) currently doesn't account for who performed the surveys

The mammo continued experience report currently assumes that all mammo surveys were performed by the same person. Need to add the ability to select a specific tester and display the mammo surveys performed by that person from the last two years.
