Game is lagging on big terminals #1

re write the game to have a max size, and then for big terminals force it to be played in a window.

I think decide a window size, then if the terminal is smaller, print a useful error to the user, otherwise put a window in the centre and play the game from there. Then score and stuff can go over the top
