Firstly I think this is a great app and suits my needs very well.
However, I have found an annoying little issue. When I make or receive a call
with this application enabled the +/- rocker on the side of the phone changes
the "Bluetooth in-call Volume" even if no bluetooth device is connected. There
have been a few times now when I am not in my car (i.e. bthfpowersave enabled
but no bluetooth device in range) and I can not hear the person and not being
able to change the in-call volume. I have tested this a few times and if I
disable this app and turn on bluetooth manually, then make/receive a call the
+/- rocker changes the "In-call volume" so it seems to be related to this app.

Can you please fix this not having the app enabled defeats the purpose of it
and I need it as I am in and out of my car all day for work.
