API not taking long strings

Google translate AJAX API seems to have a character limit. 2000 I think.  That 
means that pages like this fail

the tree build for flickr support).  

Also it seems like the Unicode characters are expanded to the UTF8 form for 
transmission to translate which means we lose more space.  

Nav do you think you can add a segmentation for ever utf8 250 characters (or 
2000 ascii characters?
