Social Translate not Translating at all on Chromium 7.0.500.0 (56798) Built on Ubuntu 9.04, running on Debian unstable #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on Chromium 7.0x branch
2. Make default language English
3. Selected no other language as 2nd default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Spanish comments to be translated, didn't seem to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.0x nightly on GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Haven't checked in Chrome but I expect the outcome won't be any different.
